My name is Kevin Hines. I jumped off the Golden Gate Bridge. I believe that I had to die, but I lived. Today, I travel the world with my lovely wife, Margaret, sharing stories of people who have triumphed over incredible adversity. Now, we help people be here tomorrow. Welcome to the HINESIGHTS podcast.
Kevin Hines:
Happy New Year, Hope Nation! What is cracking? It's your friendly neighborhood, Kevin Hines, and this is yet another mental health hack of the day. This is our New Year's Resolution mental health hack of the day, and today it is all about clean eating. So here we go. A few tips for your clean eating 2022. Number one, add more fruits and vegetables at each meal. Keep healthy snacks near you at all times. Number two, add one new healthy food each week, drink half your weight, your body weight in water. Start your morning with a hydrating, warm drink and experiment with spices, and finally add beans to everything. Have you ever heard that old saying musical fruit, musical fruit? The more you eat, the more you toot, the more you toot, the better you feel, beans, beans for every meal? That's true. It's hilarious, but it's important. Legumes rather, beans are a very healthy protein for you, especially if you're vegan or vegetarian, but here we go. Those are our clean eating tips for the new year. Take them or leave them. But take, I suggest you take them, put them in your daily life. You will feel better. Happy New Year, everybody, be well and be here tomorrow.
